CVS Health is seeking a Proposal Specialist to provide strategic and technical support for the sales process, designing customer-centered proposals focused on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access.

You will gather information, prepare responses, assist with plan design reviews, and contribute materials for sales presentations and surveys, under supervision, with a 40-hour workweek and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years EAP industry experience.
• 2+ years presenting to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports proposals strategy and deliverables under direct supervision.
• Completes simple business impact assessments based on forecasted changes within the Proposals field to support the development of modification strategies.
• Gathers information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within assigned variance authority levels.
• Arranges questionnaire responses based on case-specific quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assists with plan design review, prepares deviation documents, and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
