Qualifikationen

• 2+ years EAP industry experience.
• 2+ years experience presenting to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong professional writing skills for clear responses.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop others.
• Experience in health insurance industry (preferred).
• Expert knowledge of RFP process (preferred).
• Expert project management skills (preferred).
• Excellent problem solving and verbal/written communication (preferred).
• Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred (education).

Aufgaben

• Design customer centered proposals focusing on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access.
• Apply technical knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies to support proposal strategy and deliverables.
• Help establish and implement results-based programs for the Proposals area under supervision.
• Gather information from source systems to complete proposals and calculate fees within variance authority.
• Arrange questionnaire responses based on quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assist with plan design reviews and deviation documents, and compile proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contribute material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
