CVS Health is seeking a Proposals Support Specialist to help design customer-centered proposals, focusing on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access. You will use your knowledge of policies, systems, and pricing to contribute to proposal strategy and deliverables.

You will work under supervision to establish results-based programs for Proposals, gather data, and prepare responses for client inquiries.

Formación

• 2+ years EAP industry experience
• 2+ years experience communicating and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
• Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Responsabilidades

• Establish and implement results-based programs for Proposals under supervision.
• Gather information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within assigned variance authority levels.
• Arrange questionnaire responses based on case-specific quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assist with plan design review, prepares deviation documents, and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
