Qualifications

• 2+ years EAP industry experience.
• 2+ years experience communicating and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes strategic and technical support for the sales process.
• Designs customer centered proposals focusing on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access.
• Applies knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing to support Proposal strategy and deliverables.
• Helps establish and implement results-based programs for the Proposals area under direct supervision.
• Completes simple business impact assessments to support modification strategies.
• Gathers information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within authority levels.
• Arranges questionnaire responses based on quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assists with plan design review and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Takes direction to execute techniques and responsibilities.
