Qualifications

• 2+ years EAP industry experience.
• 2+ years presenting to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong background in professional writing, with proven ability to craft clear, concise responses.

Responsibilities

• Contributes strategic and technical support for the sales process.
• Designs customer centered proposals focusing on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access.
• Establishes and implements results-based programs and initiatives for the Proposals area.
• Gathers information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within authority levels.
• Assists with plan design review and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
