Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading cross-border pitches in a professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving with creative thinking for complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with partners and clients.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Team player with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and markets in which the firm operates.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage formal proposal responses from start to finish including requirements, meetings, shaping strategy and messaging.
• Continuously review, refine, and improve the firm’s proposal process.
• Develop competitive strategies, prepare and debrief the interview team.
• Draft and present reports that summarize activity, success rates, and win/loss themes.
• Support the U.S. business development team in pitch activity by shaping messages and best practices.
• Collaborate with the firm’s global pitch community to implement new programs and processes.
