You will oversee end-to-end supplier management, drive performance against inventory, quality and delivery targets, and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or business and 7+ years in manufacturing or engineering roles, with Lean/Six Sigma experience and preferred APICS/CPM/PMP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related roles.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving experience.
• Industry certifications (APICS, CPM, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supplier management to meet business requirements.
• Convert demand signals into compliant purchase orders per contract terms.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, and other functions on buffers and procurement methods.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation and development activities.
• Maintain supply continuity and collaborate across regions and cultures.
