Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a proposals coordinator to lead pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for a designated region. You will prepare and review proposals, enter opportunities into CRM, and coordinate from kickoff to delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, at least two years in the AEC industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; knowledge of RFP structure and InDesign is a plus. TN visa eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
• Minimum 2 years of AEC industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in CRM systems; knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal processes.
• Experience with word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter RFPs/Advertisements into CRM system and track opportunities.
• Coordinate all pursuit phases from kickoff to proposal delivery and closeout.
• Develop pursuit outlines and respond to pre-proposal meetings and debriefings.
• Prepare major sections of pursuits with SMEs; tailor content to specific opportunities.
• Coordinate submission production, QA/QC, and delivery of high-quality responses.
