Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Marketing/Pursuit Coordinator to support the Virginia/D.C. region with proposals, pursuits, and related marketing activities. The role emphasizes coordination of government submissions, lead searches, and collaborative content creation with SMEs.

The position requires a degree in marketing or related field and 2–5 years AE/C experience, plus proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and CRM systems. TN visa eligibility is noted for select candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, English, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of A/E/C experience.
• Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and InDesign.
• Proficient in CRM Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Search for leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kickoff to delivery, and proposal closeout.
• Prepare major sections of pursuits, including project descriptions and resumes, with SMEs.
• Coordinate pursuit production, printing, and delivery, with QA/QC.
• Maintain marketing materials and data entry for databases.
• Generate reports for technical staff on marketing efforts.
• Adhere to QMS, ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures.
• This position does not directly involve social media or communications tasks.
