Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing & Pursuit Coordinator to support the Virginia/DC region’s proposal and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include coordinating proposals, preparing expressions of interest, maintaining marketing materials, entering data in CRM, and collaborating with SMEs and staff across offices. A Bachelor’s in marketing or related field and 2–5 years in A/E/C are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, English, or related field.
• 2–5 years of A/E/C experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the RFQ/RFP structure and proposal process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Search for leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery, and proposal closeout.
• Participate in pre-proposal meetings and debriefings.
• Prepare major sections of pursuits with SMEs to develop content.
• Coordinate pursuit production, printing, and delivery, with QA/QC emphasis.
• Provide marketing essential functions and responsibilities as required.
• Complete data entry for marketing databases, tracking leads, go/no-go, and wins or losses.
• Maintain visually appealing marketing materials (resumes, boilerplate, project descriptions).
• Work with technical, administrative, and marketing staff across offices and with vendors.
