GuideWell, as Florida Blue’s parent, seeks a Proposal Lead to direct RFP/RFI responses, content development, and automation for National and Public Sector sales across multiple regions. You will mentor team members, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with SMEs and Sr.

Leaders to position BCBSF strategically. You will manage proposals from intake to final delivery, develop project plans, review documents, and build strong internal and external relationships to meet deadlines and improve

Formación

• 5+ years related work experience in sales or proposals.
• Experience with creative and business writing and managing knowledge bases.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs and complex bid responses.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Qvidian.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry and competitive landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and manage strategic content and automation for proposals.
• Coordinate reviews and perform quality checks on proposals.
• Develop project plans and prioritize activities to deadlines.
• Manage internal and external relationships with SMEs and senior leaders.
