Jamail & Smith Construction, LP is seeking a highly organized Proposals & Project Coordinator to support our proposal and business development efforts.

This role focuses on the administrative coordination of the proposal process from identification through final submission, collaborating with Proposal & Marketing, Business Development, Project Managers, Estimators, and leadership to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time submissions.

Formación

• Experience in proposal coordination, project coordination, or admin support in deadline-driven settings.
• Experience coordinating RFQs, RFPs, CSP, SOQ, or proposals is preferred.
• Construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate RFQ, RFP, CSP, SOQ, and qualification package submissions from receipt to delivery.
• Review solicitation documents for required forms, attachments, and signatures.
• Create and maintain proposal checklists, compliance matrices, and schedules.
• Track proposal requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate information from Project Managers, Estimators, Regional Managers, and others.
• Follow up on outstanding items to move deadlines forward.
• Organize proposal files and final submissions.
• Assemble digital and printed proposal packages.
