• Maintain complete, accurate proposal records in CRM systems and databases.
• Track deadlines, follow up on information, and move requests to completion.
• Coordinate subconsultant information requests and deadlines.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards on pursuit activity and client engagement.
• Summarize trends by client, market sector, service line, and region.
