Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• At least one year of experience working with data, CRM systems, or in a business development, marketing, or proposal environment; two or more years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM platforms or business intelligence tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely proposal and opportunity records in CRM systems, pipeline trackers, and internal databases.
• Track incoming work and deadlines, follow up on outstanding information, and keep requests moving through completion.
• Coordinate subconsultant information requests, including gathering materials, tracking status, and communicating deadlines and next steps.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards on pursuit volume, outcomes, win/loss rates, and client engagement.
• Review data for missing or inconsistent information, resolve routine issues, and escalate items requiring additional input.
• Summarize basic trends in pursuit activity by client, market sector, service line, and region.
• Work with business development and proposal team members to confirm details and provide context for accurate reporting.
• Organize and maintain historical proposal records and related digital files.
• Recommend practical improvements to data quality, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Support other proposal operations and business development tasks as needed.
