Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a marketing and proposal professional to join our creative, high-energy team in Chicago, IL. You will lead full lifecycle proposals, write content, edit materials, and ensure brand consistency across InDesign and PowerPoint templates.

With 2+ years in proposal management, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, support RFQ/RFP responses, and help craft compelling presentations for client interviews. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Writing background and/or experience in marketing for professional services.
• Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator) for professional document design.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for slideshow presentations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages full lifecycle of simultaneous proposals of varying complexity.
• Organizes and supports proposal teams and builds relationships with operational staff.
• Develops and executes winning RFQ and RFP responses and delivers written and visual content.
• Maintains Clark’s corporate brand standards across marketing deliverables and templates.
• Creates and edits presentation materials for team interviews and critique of public speaking.
