Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery in Portland, OR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to prepare proposals and communications for program management services. You will coordinate marketing materials, ensure branding consistency, and support strategy execution.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in A/E/C, proficiency in InDesign, familiarity with Deltek Vision, and experience with SF330 federal proposals. On-site role with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting proposal efforts in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience with InDesign is required.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.
• Experience in preparing federal proposals in SF330 format preferred.
• Experience with developing Social Media content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proposals, presentations and communication materials for program management services.
• Coordinates distribution of internal and external marketing information.
• Reviews collateral, proofs content, ensures branding and messaging consistency.
• Assists in marketing strategies development and implementation.
• Prepares marketing materials for local office leadership.
• Maintains marketing library of boilerplate proposals and collateral.
• Provides quality control for branding, content, and formatting.
