Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Portland, OR, seeks a Marketing Specialist to prepare proposals, presentations and communications for program management services, coordinating internal and external marketing information. The role involves creating public sector proposals, reviewing collateral for branding and messaging, and supporting marketing strategies.

In-Design and Deltek Vision are preferred; SF330 federal proposals a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
Experience supporting proposals in the A/E/C industry.
Experience with InDesign is required.
Deltek Vision experience is a plus.
Experience preparing federal proposals in SF330 format is preferred.
Experience developing Social Media content is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepares public sector proposals and presentations for new business development in response to RFPs/RFIs with branding and messaging compliance.
Reviews collateral, proofs content, ensures branding consistency and material readiness for distribution.
Assists in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies.
Supports local office leadership in creating marketing materials as needed.
Maintains and updates the marketing library of boilerplate proposals and collateral materials.
Provides quality control for work products and oversees production for deliverables.
