Job summary

You’ll collaborate with subconsultants, coordinate with the two principals, and build marketing collateral that positions the firm for wins, with hands-on involvement and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• 4+ years developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, or BD materials.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with sales focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, or a CRM is a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce SOQs and RFQ responses from kickoff to final submission.
• Track a master pursuit calendar with deadlines and addenda.
• Write and tailor non-technical proposal content and project highlights.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and teaming partners for required forms and licenses.
• Manage submission logistics: formatting, portals, printing, binding, and hand-delivery.
• Prepare marketing collateral including capabilities statements and project highlights.
• Research procurement opportunities and continuously improve the pursuit process.
