Job summary

WestLand Engineering and Environmental Services, a Trinity Consultants team, seeks a Marketing and Proposal Manager to lead marketing initiatives, manage proposals, and coordinate branding across platforms. You will drive client development strategies, oversee content creation, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Communications and Strategic Projects, CRM governance, and event representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing and proposal development experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of marketing and proposal professionals.
• Proven expertise in strategic proposal development, with the ability to quickly understand complex service offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with proposal management software, Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives and oversee content creation for website, social media, and collateral.
• Develop client development strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with data-driven adjustments.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and presentations for the organization.
• Drive end-to-end proposal development from opportunity identification to submission.
• Represent the firm at industry events and manage CRM strategy and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaigns.
