Job summary

Vaughn is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Specialist to lead proposals and interview efforts, support PR and social media, and manage collateral for new business opportunities. You will prepare compelling presentations, coach teams, and coordinate events to showcase Vaughn's capabilities.

The role requires a B.S. in a related field and 1–3 years of marketing/communications experience, with AEC exposure preferred and strong InDesign/Photoshop and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional marketing and/or communications experience.
• Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals and interview preparations for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate public relations and social media initiatives and company events.
• Maintain and organize marketing collateral and boilerplate responses.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and hand-outs for short-list interviews.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior staff across departments.
• Ensure branding consistency and high-quality marketing materials.
