Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in proposal production, marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of proposals and SOQs from outline through final submission.
• Develop professional layouts using InDesign and Creative Cloud.
• Coordinate information requests with principals, PMs, architects, designers, and staff.
• Format, edit, and ensure consistency, clarity, and tone per requirements.
• Manage version control and ensure accuracy across submissions.
• Conduct final quality-control reviews of formatting, page count, and links.
• Turn technical content into clear, client-focused proposal content.
• Collaborate to improve templates, processes, and content libraries.
