Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator/Developer to lead proposal content, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and manage the capture process for Navy, Coast Guard, and other DoD opportunities.

You will work hybrid from Virginia Beach, VA, with remote options for CONUS candidates; travel may be required. Strong writing, data analytics, and familiarity with government solicitations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, communication or STEM field.
• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in proposal development, capture management, or related DoD/Federal contracts.
• Familiarity with government solicitation processes.
• Proven experience in data analytics, technical writing and proposal development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with proposal management, BD tools, data analysis, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Overall Proposal Coordination: Lead the development and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and timelines.
• Proposal Development/Technical Writing: Prepare clear, concise, and compelling documents and collaborate with SMEs to gather information.
• Capture Planning and Preparation: Analyze opportunities and develop preliminary capture schedules and content.
• Data Maintenance and Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support BD strategies and decision-making.
• Meeting Participation: Lead or attend meetings to capture outcomes and action items.
• Collaboration: Work with teammates to brainstorm and develop innovative proposal solutions.
