Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Developer to lead proposal development and capture efforts for NAVY, Coast Guard, and other DoD contracts. You will coordinate with THOR's BD team and external partners to prepare compliant, compelling submissions.

The role requires strong writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work from Virginia Beach is preferred, with possible remote options for CONUS candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or STEM.
• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience.
• Experience with US Navy/Coast Guard or DoD contracts preferred.
• Familiarity with government solicitation processes.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and submission of proposals to meet solicitation requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather inputs and integrate them into cohesive proposals.
• Develop draft content for proposal materials and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain and update capture pipelines, data, and analytics for decision-making.
• Lead or participate in meetings to gather information and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop innovative proposals and solutions.
