THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Coordinator/Developer to lead proposal content development and submission efforts for Navy, Coast Guard, and other DoD contracts. You will coordinate with capture managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant proposals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, communication or STEM, at least five years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication or STEM field; or additional relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in proposal development, capture management, or related DoD/Federal contracts.
• Experience with Navy/Coast Guard or DoD contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and submission of proposals ensuring solicitation compliance.
• Prepare clear, concise technical documents and proposals.
• Plan capture efforts, schedules, and development tasks.
• Analyze data to support BD and capture strategies.
• Attend meetings and document outcomes and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
