Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Senior-Level Requirements Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s C5I programs, delivering requirements services and leading a team.

You will oversee requirements development, analysis, management, and documentation, ensure traceability, baselines, and serve as the technical POC to the Government. This hybrid position includes 2–3 days onsite weekly at THOR’s Virginia Beach office, with some remote work and up to 10% travel to CONUS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Six years of professional experience with requirements skills including at least four years in requirements development/analysis/management/documentation using a DOORS-based tool.
• Experience publishing requirements in DHS/USCG compliance documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe).
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of requirement sets, lines, and statements with Government personnel.
• Supervise the requirements team and manage the enterprise requirements management toolset.
• Analyze requirements to identify gaps, overlaps, conflicts, and traceability issues; recommend improvements.
• Manage requirements data, track changes, and baseline data sets.
• Develop and maintain traceability reports and deliver data to Government/stakeholders.
• Enter requirements into the system of record; export data and generate reports.
• Develop templates and data dictionaries; create modeling templates for distribution.
• Develop use case activity models (UML/SysML/LML) and organize training for Government users.
• Brief stakeholders on requirement style guides and best practices.
