Job summary

Summit Design and Engineering Services, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Proposal Coordinator to support marketing and business development in an A/E/C environment. You will assist with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, content gathering from technical staff, and the creation of compelling marketing collateral.

You will also design layouts, ensure brand consistency, update project resumes, and help manage campaigns and events, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of proposals, qualifications (RFQs/RFPs), and interview presentations.
• Coordinate with technical staff to gather content for marketing materials.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, project sheets, and resumes.
• Support pursuit strategies and deadline-driven submissions.
• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Create visual layouts for proposals and presentations to enhance readability and impact.
