Job summary

Davis Partnership Architects is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator / Marketing Administration to support project pursuits and collateral development in a hybrid Denver-based role. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in A/E/C; proficiency with InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft Office; and the ability to manage data assets and multiple deliverables on tight timelines.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supporting A/E/C firms with proposal production (brochures, statements of qualification, proposals, interviews)
• Experience with digital marketing (social media, website)
• Ability to develop and implement a Data Asset Management system
• Collaborative, attentive to detail with strong project and people skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor bid opportunity sites for RFQ/Ps
• Review RFQ/Ps
• Design and prepare responses, ensuring scope and timelines are met
• Oversee QC
• Develop and coordinate collateral including awards submittals, brochures, newsletters, presentations, Town Hall Meetings, and other events
