Job summary

Summit Design and Engineering Services, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Proposal Coordinator to support marketing and business development in an A/E/C environment. You will assist with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, content gathering from technical staff, and the creation of compelling marketing collateral.

You will also design layouts, ensure brand consistency, update project resumes, and help manage campaigns and events, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

This role is a hybrid position and is based out of our Raleigh, NC office.The Proposal Coordinator/Proposal & Graphics Coordinator will contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives.We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator and Proposal & Graphics Coordinator to support business development and marketing efforts within our Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) firm.
