Job summary

Elite Contracting Group in Petersburg, Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to assist estimators by compiling project material costs and preparing proposals. Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical security or electrical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive project specifications from Project Estimators to determine proposal content.
• Contact vendors to determine material costs.

• Track and provide scheduled updates on proposal progress.
• Ensure proposals are completed on time and with accuracy.

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work may be required
• Must possess and maintain a satisfactory background record

Anticipated Hiring Range

$25 - $35 per hour with guaranteed hours, including overtime.
