Job summary

Morton is seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to join the Estimating and Design team onsite in Petersburg, VA. You will prepare proposals based on project specifications, source material costs from vendors, and input data into templates to ensure accurate submissions.

This 5‑month contract has potential to become permanent, with a schedule of Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Strong research, communication, and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create proposals by entering project materials and costs into proposal template.
• Track and provide scheduled updates on proposal progress.
• Ensure proposals are completed on time and with accuracy.
