Job summary

Walker Partners Engineers | Surveyors is seeking a creative Proposal Designer to craft visually compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations. You will blend graphics with clear writing to communicate the firm's value to clients and communities.

The role emphasizes page layout, visual storytelling with diagrams/maps, and collaboration with technical staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor2 degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in proposal development, graphic design, marketing, or related role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design and produce visually compelling proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit-related materials.
Develop thoughtful page layouts and create infographics, diagrams, maps, charts, matrices, and timelines.
Maintain proposal templates, project information, resumes, and qualifications.
Collaborate with technical staff to translate concepts into written and visual content.
Assist with proposal development, kickoff and review meetings, and final deliverables.
Manage multiple deadlines, ensure materials are polished and error-free.
Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity and impact.
