Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Proposal Visual Designer to shape visual strategy and storytelling for federal pursuits. You will translate complex ideas into engaging visuals across proposals, presentations, and collateral, collaborating with strategists, writers, capture teams, and subject matter experts.

The role requires hands‑on design across Adobe CC and Figma, strong PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work onsite in Reston/Herndon, VA when needed. A US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field with 5 years' experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience.
• Experience in government proposal development and presentation design.
• Strong portfolio of proposal visuals and presentation design.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and deck design; SharePoint experience.
• Ability to translate complex content into clear visuals and graphics.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC and Figma; able to work onsite as needed.
