STV is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our National Water Team in a hybrid role (3 days in office). The position supports pursuit materials, proposals, and client presentations across nationwide projects, with offices in Frisco, Dallas, Fort Worth, or Charlotte.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in graphic design, strong typography, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The role requires collaboration with marketing and technical teams, travel flexibility, and a portfolio showcasing visual

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• A portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, information design, and storytelling.
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.
• Willing to travel across time zones for deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Design compelling proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Translate strategy and technical content into clear, engaging visuals.
• Develop layouts that strengthen key messages and readability.
• Create graphics, infographics, diagrams, and charts.
• Prepare presentations for client interviews and meetings.
• Coordinate content, track inputs, and ensure document consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ensure materials align with STV brand standards.
• Improve templates and design workflows.
• Organize graphic assets and follow content-management best practices.
• Serve as graphic design SME to pursuit teams and Adobe Creative Suite users.
• Support marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.
