Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma.
Advanced PowerPoint design skills (templates, animations).
Experience designing content in SharePoint.
Ability to leverage AI tools in ideation and design.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to onsite during critical proposal phases.
US citizen.

Responsibilities

Partner in proposal visual strategy by shaping visual direction, layout, and storytelling.
Lead visual storytelling translating complex concepts into clear narratives.
Design high‑impact proposal graphics, infographics, and diagrams.
Collaborate with strategists, writers, capture teams, and SMEs.
Design visually compelling presentations and executive materials.
Support internal SharePoint intranet design and updates.
Develop brochures, one-pagers, leave‑behinds, and event materials.
Apply and maintain brand standards across deliverables.
Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities under deadlines.
Use AI-assisted tools to support ideation and design workflows.
