The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the procurement process during the project bid stage along with maintaining and preparing key estimate and proposal documentation between various client-based platforms in conjunction with our internal company sites. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of the procurement and proposal process to ensure the high quality and timely submission of bids.
