We’re looking for a strategic and detail-driven Proposal Coordinator to launch and lead our proposal response function. You Role at Orange Logic:

• Develop and implement a streamlined workflow for receiving, qualifying, managing, and submitting RfX responses.
• Lead proposal development efforts, collaborating with Sales, Solutions, Compliance, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and compelling responses.
• Manage proposal timelines to ensure submissions meet customer deadlines and internal quality standards.
• Analyze RFP requirements and identify key differentiators that position Orange Logic favorably.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of standard responses, technical documentation, and best practices for future proposals.
• Craft clear, concise, and persuasive technical and business content tailored to client needs.
• Ensure all submissions comply with customer requirements, industry standards, and branding guidelines.
• Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, response quality, and win rates.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in writing, communications, or a related major.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP/RFI responses, or technical writing in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management, SaaS solutions, cloud technology, and enterprise software.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and document collaboration platforms.
• Experience in DAM, AI-driven content management, or related fields is a plus.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $75,000 - 95,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
