The role supports the proposal development process, coordinating production, compliance, document management, and marketing asset maintenance, working with Proposal Managers and under the Lead’s guidance to ensure standards are followed. Responsibilities

• Supports Proposal Managers in the development, coordination, production, and delivery of high‑quality proposals and related materials.
• Performs proposal production activities including formatting, editing, proofreading, graphics coordination, and final submission.
• Assists with proposal planning by coordinating schedules, collecting content, and tracking assignments.
• Develops and maintains proposal assets such as resumes, project descriptions, and marketing resources.
• Assists with interview preparation by supporting presentation development and logistics.
• Follows established proposal processes and quality control practices.
• Maintains organized proposal files and documentation per departmental standards.
• Updates proposal information within Cosential (Unanet CRM) and other systems.
• Collaborates with multiple teams to support successful proposal delivery.
• Performs research, writing, editing, and general proposal support.
• Maintains proposal templates, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Identifies opportunities to improve proposal quality and production efficiency.
