The Proposal Coordinator supports the marketing team with proposal production, coordination, compliance, and asset maintenance to deliver high‑quality bids and qualifications packages. Working with Proposal Managers and under the Proposal Coordinator Lead, you will ensure processes are followed, assets are kept current, and materials are prepared for opportunities in dams, hydropower, fisheries, and civil

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible AEC proposal development experience.
• Experience supporting federal proposals (e.g., SF330).
• Ability to mentor junior staff and improve proposal processes.
• Familiarity with Cosential/Unanet CRM and proposal tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal managers in development, coordination, production, and delivery of high‑quality proposals and related materials.
• Perform proposal production activities including formatting, editing, graphics coordination, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate schedules, content collection, and follow‑ups with technical staff and partners.
• Develop and maintain proposal assets (resumes, project descriptions, marketing materials).
• Assist with interview preparation and presentation production.
• Maintain organized proposal files and ensure adherence to standards.
