Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to lead the development of high-quality proposals across multiple offices, including Little Rock, OKC, Atlanta, Tampa, and Mesa.

You will partner with technical staff to craft compliant responses and manage several service-area proposals from start to finish. Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or similar degree.
• Strong InDesign and graphic design skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Photoshop.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, organized, and detail oriented.
• Possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously while maintaining quality of deliverables.
• Ability to work successfully with minimal oversight.

Halff has a current opening for a Proposal Coordinator in our Little Rock, OKC, Atlanta, Tampa, or Mesa locations.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of high-quality proposals from start to finish.
