Infinite Consulting Corp. is seeking a highly organized Proposal Coordinator to join our Pursuits team.

You will manage multiple proposal deadlines, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions for engagements with prime consultants, contractors, and public agencies. This role requires coordinating content, gathering information, and utilizing Adobe InDesign and CRM/ERP tools; NYC metro area-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on proposal coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating prime proposals is preferred; exposure to prime and subconsultant proposals is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities for multiple pursuits and track deadlines.
• Gather information, documentation, and proposal content from internal teams.
• Assist with prime/subconsultant proposal submissions and qualification packages.
• Review requirements to ensure complete and compliant submissions.
• Use Adobe InDesign to format and update materials.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and libraries of proposal content.
• Support senior team members and progressively own proposal packages.
