Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Tulsa office(s) as part of our Proposal Development team. As part of our Proposal Development team, you will guide and facilitate a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of InDesign experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• An eye for layout of documents.
• Strong personal accountability.
• Collaborative approach in team environments.

• Self-starter.
• Detail and task-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to clients.
• Prepare concise, compelling, and compliant narratives; participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards, layouts, and track action items.
