Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal Development team in a hybrid role, supporting multiple office locations nationwide. You will guide collaborative efforts, craft concise narratives, and help develop compelling, compliant proposals for engineering and environmental projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of related experience, InDesign proficiency, excellent writing and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage deadlines and adapt to team

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Tulsa office(s). As part of our Proposal Development team.

As part of our Proposal Development team, Proposal Coordinator will guide and facilitate a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects. Working closely with colleagues across disciplines, this position brings together diverse skills and perspectives to ensure each proposal benefits from the strengths of the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

• In your role as a Proposal Coordinator, you will work with our pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients and win competitive project opportunities.


• The Proposal Development Coordinator prepares concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content. You will participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.

• Two or more years of InDesign Experience
