The Proposal Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end proposal process, including organizing proposal timelines, gathering required content, and ensuring deliverables meet client and internal standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and formatting proposal documents, drafting and editing proposal content, responding to RFPs, and maintaining proposal libraries and templates. The Proposal Coordinator collaborates closely with marketing, business development, and subject matter experts to develop compelling, accurate materials that reflect client needs and brand guidelines. The role also involves tracking proposal status, supporting continuous improvement of proposal processes, and contributing to special projects as needed.
