The role supports SIC’s marketing efforts by planning, coordinating and producing proposals, qualifications, and related materials, ensuring compliant, high-quality proposals delivered on schedule. The Proposal Coordinator will work with Marketing, Business Development, Estimating, and Operations to drive efficiency, content management, and workflow optimization across the proposal process,

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business administration preferred, not required.
• At least two years proven experience working in an administrative capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite; database management.
• Basic clerical skills to include data entry, report preparation, file maintenance, scheduling appointments, and running reports.
• Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunity and project lifecycle in CRM.
• Prepare proposals and qualification packages.
• Assist in Go / No Go process.
• Execute & develop internal database of projects.
• Create & update current resumes.
• Run weekly estimate log reports.
• Assist with project closeout.
• Drive customer surveys.
