Job summary

You will collaborate with project executives and business development leaders, manage photography, track milestones, and apply Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools to raise brand visibility and drive pursuits.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate organizational prowess.
• Understanding of A/E/C industry helps translate project stories into marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Produced qualification packages, proposals, presentations, leave-behinds and other marketing collateral.
• Managed and prioritized a portfolio of projects, tracked site milestones and content opportunities.
• Coordinated project photography, including shot lists, photographer management, scheduling and billing.
