Job summary

V2X is seeking a Capture/Proposal Coordinator I to support all administrative aspects of proposal development, ensure security and integrity of proposal documentation, and direct production of final master proposals. You will support the assigned Proposal Managers from RFP release through contract award.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of similar experience in supporting government proposals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and producing compliant documents.

Responsibilities

• Supports all administrative aspects of proposal development from RFP release to award.
• Maintains proposal documentation security and integrity and coordinates proposal inputs.
• Directs production of final master proposal and assists Capture Managers at various stages.
• Creates and updates SharePoint pursuit sites and coordinates color team reviews.
