Job summary

V2X, based in Reston, VA, offers hybrid proposal support roles focusing on Basis of Estimates, staffing optimization, and technical writing for winning bids. The position involves coordinating with Capture/Business Line leads and performing detailed BOE analyses to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.

Responsibilities include leading team efforts, developing WBS, researching labor and ODC requirements, and providing expert guidance on IT/Network services BOE calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years demonstrated experience in proposal development; WBS, BOEs and narrative solution content writing in IT/Communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for proposals.
• Analyze staffing and labor mix to meet RFP requirements.
• Research and document sources of supply/ODCs for proposal teams.
• Provide technical writing support for proposal volumes and coordinate with writers.
• Lead or participate in proposal reviews and team leadership as needed.
