Job summary

Weaver seeks a Proposal Content Specialist to craft and organize compelling content for proposals and client-facing materials. You will translate technical jargon into clear communications and maintain the proposal library and staff bios, while building pitch templates.

The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with project management abilities, able to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3 years of professional writing and communications experience with 1 year of exposure to proposal writing preferred.
• Experience with page layout.
• Ability to conceptualize infographics and other design elements.

Responsibilities

• Produce, organize and maintain compelling content for proposals and client-facing materials.
• Articulate Weaver’s services, industries, and culture in pursuit deliverables.
• Compile and manage updates to the proposal content library and staff biographies; create pitch deck templates.
