Job summary

Weaver is a fast-growing national accounting and consulting firm seeking a Proposal Content Specialist to craft, organize and maintain persuasive content for winning proposals and client-facing materials.

The role involves developing pursuit deliverables that articulate Weaver’s services, compiling updates to the content library, and producing staff biographies and pitch deck templates. Strong interviewing, organization and deadline discipline are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3 years of professional writing and communications experience with 1 year of exposure to proposal writing preferred.
• Experience with page layout.
• Ability to conceptualize infographics and other design elements.

Responsibilities

• Produce, organize and maintain content for proposals and client materials.
• Compile and manage updates to the proposal team’s content library, create and update staff biographies, and put together pitch deck templates.
• Interview executives and technical staff and translate their jargon into clear, persuasive communications.
• Stay on top of deadlines and communicate progress or roadblocks to teammates.
