Job summary

Weaver is a full-service national accounting, advisory and consulting firm seeking a Proposal Content Specialist to produce, organize and maintain compelling content for proposals and client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate will translate executives and technical staff jargon into clear communications, manage updates to the content library, and create staff bios and pitch templates while juggling multiple assignments with flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3 years of professional writing and communications experience with 1 year of exposure to proposal writing preferred.
• Experience with page layout.
• Ability to conceptualize infographics and other design elements.

Responsibilities

• Produce, organize and maintain compelling content for proposals and client-facing materials.
• Develop pursuit deliverable content that articulates Weaver’s services and industries, our knowledge and experience, and the firm’s brand.
• Compile and manage updates to the proposal team’s content library, create and update staff biographies, and build pitch deck templates.
• Interview executives and technical staff to translate jargon into clear communications.
• Manage multiple assignments with deadlines and keep stakeholders informed of progress and roadblocks.
